Eric spent six years cooking and baking in San Francisco before working behind the lens.

After a yearlong trip in South America with a camera, his bread starter, and a blog, he returned to San Francisco to collaborate with Chad on Tartine Bread, for which he styled and photographed all the recipes.

Eric has also worked on food and lifestyle projects with Williams Sonoma, Martha Stewart Living, Food&Wine, Domaine Chandon, and numerous San Francisco restaurants.

He immerses himself in each project so he and the camera become part of the action. The result is an informed, distinctive style for his clients.

Eric is currently working on a Vietnamese cookbook with Charles Phan and an ongoing documentary project in Haiti.
